Palazzo San Zeno

Huge appartments in 10 minutes walk from the basement and city centre. We booked it in last minute, so I can not compare the prices, but I think it’s ok for this place. We were 2 friends, but I’m sure you can easily stay there in a company of 4-5 people and feel that you have enough space for all. All the instructions for self-check-in are clear, WiFi is ok

May be some years ago this appartments was cosy, it still has some hints on decoration, and the kitchen was nice, when it was new. But now there are a lot of small destructions, cracks, the sofa in the hall is pressed through and so on. And everything is not clean enough, especially the balcony.

We loved the location near to a lovely square with many restaurants and bars. There is a grocery store across the street which is super convenient. The apartment is large with 2 toilets and a balcony to enjoy or to dry clothes.

The apartment wasn’t super clean (crumbs in kitchen, etc) and several elements of decor are worn/peeling/stained. We would have loved some butter knives and small spoons in the kitchen.

Good place to stay in Verona. Helpful staff. Clean.

Big apartment, comfortable bathroom and shower, good location.

If you are not a smoking person, the house is not good for you. You can smell cigarettes as soon as you walk in and in the whole house. In the small bedroom, instead, there was living smell, as if it was not cleaned after people slept in there. It was unbearable, we had to change the pillowcase which smelled like sweat, and sleep over the blankets, which really smelled bad, without moving much to not smell the scent. Last point, the a/c did not work well, it was hotter with it than without.

Good value for money. The communication was really good with the hosts.

The apartment was dirty, there were ants in the house and the bed sheets were unfortunately dirty.
