Condo in Ortigas

The front desk is only the Security guard.I'm only disappointed of the Guard because he/she saying that they doesn't know the hotel " Condo in Ortigas" ,even I already give him/her the copy of my booking still they insist that they doesn'tknow it and not trying to help me.. 2nd, I need to call how many times the room owner before they answer the phone . I understand that they are busy because they need to prepare for the next guest ,but i only don't understand why they not tell the guard that somebody is coming the day that I come. 3rd, the check-in is 13 uhr, but I need to wait 2 hours before the room is done..

Everything was complete to the last detail, internet, tv, utensils, microwave, ref, toiletries, towels, linens, etc. Plus the place was clean and the owner was responsive to queries. If i have another overtime activity in the office I'll rent this place again.

The bed and the pillows are so comfy, very good quality. The room has dehumidifier and has 2 bottles of alcohol for satitary. +1 I need to extend my stay as my shift ends later than the check out time. She is so kind enough to cater my request. Hair dryer, hanger hand wash soap, new dishwashing set and the linens smell so clean. Highly recommended, you will definitely feel at home here, and with good wifi connection.

The location the room is all good

-Location is very convenient. 10/10 on this one. -Host is accomodating, understanding and responsive. -Unit is cozy and spacious, loved the big mirrors! - It was also organized and packed with basic amenities. -The property felt secured, but the guards could maybe improve their politeness but ofc that's not the host's problem. Even with minor hiccups we enjoyed our stay was still comfortable. Would definitely consider to rebook in the future.

The unit is all good but there are some areas that could be improved. For context and some suggestions, pls see below: -Cleanliness/Housekeeping *The sink, some utensils and pot were still wet when I arrived (arrived at 1:46pm and check in is at 1pm). It would be best if the cleaners could to air dry them (if time permits) or wipe them with dry towels/paper towels as the moisture could attract bacterias. *There were single strands of hair everywhere, some rhinestones that stuck in the floor and an indoor slipper with no pair was left under the bed. A quick vacuum after the sweep and swift check of every nooks and crannies would fix this issue. *The toilet mat was very moist which could be a sensory ick for some and could potentially attract bacterias. It would be best to replace the mat after the previous guest/s checks out or completely remove it if there are no replacement. It's would be better to opt for more sustainable mat or rug that are quick to dry or are water resistant. -Information *Although the host is very warm and responsive,. it would be more convenient for both guest and host if an auto prompt message containing the House Rules and updates is sent to the guest after the booking has been made. This is to avoid unnecessary back and forth messaging.The host could also post signage or info leaflets inside the unit. The unit is very lovely and if the above would be worked on the guests stay would be even more comfortable.
