IEThe hosts were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to provide us with an iron as we had travelled for a wedding. The property was spotlessly clean and great for a weekend trip in Cheltenham.

INLocation was good
All door locks were not functioning including bathroom, dining table was extremely small and only 2 chairs were provided and that too in extremely congested area, no extra blankets for cold weather were provided, tried contacting property after check in for some work but no one picked up the call, no reply to my message and also no one bothered to call back? How are we supposed to reach someone if there is an emergency?
