Plenty of room, is modern and is a quiet location

upgrade the bedding, better mattress and some matching duvets sets would make this more attractive, it serves a purpose but could be just that little bit better.

Spacious, clean and great location

Was advertised as 2 bathrooms with showers but were only given one. Not ideal for the amount of people we had.

good location for our needs. Comfortable & clean. Had an issue with the boiler not working but someone came to look at it within the hour. Location is nice and quiet and it was a relaxing stay.

Needs a few more facilities such as bedside lamps, mirrors in bedrooms as only one bedroom had a mirror and the only other one in the house was in the bathroom. The doors are extremely heavily sprung so they bang shut really loudly and cant be kept open. Im sure this may be a new build requirement but it was a pain. On a minor point, the address takes you to the wrong location (about 0.5 miles away from the property) and we had 2 taxis cancel on us because they couldn't find us. May be worth trying add a pin to the address in the booking

First impressions outside long grass could of been cut, dirty windows due to some one trying to wash them and smearing the dirt/dust. Could of been cleaner inside, dusty window ledges, scuffed walls and doors in places. Not enough toilet rolls had to go out and buy some. Just these finishing touches would of been nice
