Wonderful Lake Como Apartments! Perfect location right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Oriana, was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Thank you, Oriana! Perfect for a relaxing getaway! Highly recommend.

Great location for activities but not too touristy! Loved the beach across the street! Great for a swim to cool off!

c'est le genre de propriétaire qu'il faut féliciter et mettre en avant car c'est de plus en plus rare qu'une proprio pense vraiment au bien-être de ses locataires saisonniers, grâce au grand nombre d'équiments et de services mis en oeuvre. Brava Oriana !

No sidewalk in tunnels to walk to Varenna. You have to drive or take a taxi.

We loved Casa Ori! We chose the lake as our first stop to our honeymoon. The house has absolutely everything you can think of, it’s like being on a real apartment! Our host was amazing, we got so many excellent tips through WhatsApp!!! We rented a car and we explored all around during four days. Can’t wait to go back!

It is a house country house so some insects are expected. My husband took care of that part :D

It is not very easy to get to this apartment in the village of Parledo on the shores of Lake Como, but the effort is so worth it!! Sweet, cozy, spacious and comfortable apartment! It seems that the owner of the house, Oriana, has thought of every detail to improve the guests' lives and make them feel at home. That's why you can even find balsamic vinegar in the kitchen. There are many places for storage, hooks for hanging clothes, etc. Oriana kindly and patiently gave us useful recommendations on where to travel and was available for any questions. We were an adult couple, but the apartment is also suitable for a couple with 4 children. From the windows you can see the beautiful lake. We had a great time.

It is important to note: parking, especially when you arrive with a large car, is challenging. The entrance to and from the parking lot was difficult for us Another disadvantage, at night there is noise from vehicles traveling fast on the nearby road.

It was lovely being next to the lake. Kids loved swimming there and the view was stunning. The owner was also very kind and helpful, gives very good advice on where to go and what to see. She also provided maps and snacks. Well equipped kitchen and swimming boards for kids. Air conditioning was lovely for summer.

The single beds were a bit small for older children and adults.
