Very warm, kind and friendly welcome from the owner and his son. They gave us helpful information about the area and organised our early morning taxi to the airport. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and nice hot water to shower.

Unfortunately situated on a busy road with noisy passing traffic. However this did get quieter as night fell, but then the dogs started barking throughout the night. Such a pity as very nice place.

The room was dirty and the bathroom was literally a shit: no toilet paper and the sink didn’t work at all. From the other side the ower was very friendly but the taxi driver Who recommend was not and he tryed to ask me more money.

We chose this place because it's near to the airport. Rodriguez and his staff are incredibly kind and helpful. His guesthouse is very clean.

Spacious room and bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and very quiet surroundings. Ideal for a one night as I arrived on a late flight. Short walk down to the beach with a couple of restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful

There is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea bags

Room was clean and tidy with proper bed and mattress.

Only thing room was little damp with damp smell..may be due to it was raining continuously..

The guest house is near to Dabolim airport. The owner Mr. Cajetan Rodriguez is a kind hearted man and was prompt in offering service to the guests.
