"Prachtig uitzicht!"

Hoog gelegen a lleenstaand huis met prachtig uitzicht op de baai van Sitia, een infinity pool met warme buitendouche, een buitenkeuken onder overkapping, bereikbare host, alles aanwezig om te koken en te wassen.

Zeker de rij instructies van de host volgen, de gps geeft anders een heel moeilijke weg door.

"Erholung pur in Mitten einer Olivenplantage"

Wir haben die Villa Thea sehr genossen. Das komplette Anwesen abseits des Trubels gefiel uns sehr. Umzäunt und mitten in einer Olivenbaum-Plantage liegt das Haus oberhalb der Stadt Sitia. Mit Mietwagen aber gut zu erreichen. Strand und Hafen mit etlichen Restaurants in 5 Minuten Fahrt erreichbar. (Wir bevorzugten jedoch die kleineren und familiären Tavernen der Einheimischen in der Umgebung). Das Haus war toll ausgestattet. Ein grosser Infinity-Pool und eine Outdoorküche mit Grill im Aussenbereich auf der grossen Terrasse. Im Haus gab es vier Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen und einen tollen Wohnbereich samt voll ausgestatteter Küche. Wir wurden freundlich von Xenia empfangen, welche für uns jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar war. Ausserdem gab es eine nette Mitbewohnerin auf der Terrasse (Katze). Ein grosses Dankeschön für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Our stay at this villa was excellent! The location is beautiful, the villa is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to Maria and Xenia for being so welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this villa!

Every thing! The view is amazing, the pool is exactly in the right measures and very clean. the pool house is well equipped for outdoor cooking and relaxing . The indoor is beautiful also the kitchen was well equipped and Xenia the host was very helpful and pleasant.

"A dream villa for an unforgettable stay"

The villa is magnificent: the interior is tastefully furnished, large spaces and very well equipped kitchen. The exterior is grandiose with an incredible view, the swimming pool is truly exceptional. The owner is very pleasant and attentive to the guests. Special nod to Xenia who welcomed us so well, we will remember her kindness for a long time!
