City Space Hotel

The fact that I was accommodated there for a night

The guy at the reception has very negative attitude and not answering questions appropriately. He is arrogant and behaving like serving a client causes him lots of trouble. Food was pathetic to say the least.

They had a bell which kept ringing and it was kind of a bother

Centric location

The receptionist did not speak to us at any time during the check in, we asked for something and she spoke to another person in her language and the second person responded to us. We informed her that we were going to check out early and she told us to LEAVE THE KEYS AT THE DOOR BECAUSE THE RECEPTION WAS CLOSED, HOWEVER THE NEXT MORNING WE SEE AN UNKNOWN WOMAN OUTSIDE THE RECEPTION talking on the phone, who asked us for the keys and we told her that we left them at the DOOR as instructed and she said ok BECAUSE I am talking to the receptionist and she asks, in the end to our surprise the receptionist sleeps there and although she was awake talking on the phone when we left, she did not receive the KEY nor did she provide good service.

Good location as it’s in the city centre

No lift ,you need to bring your luggage and walking to second and third level .
