GBOur stay at [Portobello Montego Bay ] was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. I was denied Acess to the property even though I had a confirmation number and exit number as would make more money with 4 people therefore apologied stating booking.com had double booked and left me to wialk the street with my suitcase knowing I was a 60 year old woman with no access to anything and not knowing where I was as it took me over a hour to find it.
