Staff was well behaved. Location is good if your purpose is to have a good rest near airport with plenty of options to eat good food around the hotel

The location is ok.

The room was not clean. There is too much of noise till almost 2am and lots of disturbance. The towels are unclean and also the bed has bed bugs. Definitely not a good pick. If you have other choices pass this property. I regret booking a room here.

Walkable or short taxi to main amenities. They did let us check in earlier than the check in time which was the main pro. Bed was comfy, and shower was hot.

Disliked the staff. The man who helped with our bag (didn’t ask for help) wouldn’t leave the room until we tipped him and explained we had no cash until we go to the atm. He wouldn’t leave the room, made us feel uncomfortable. They kept calling the room to ask stupid questions about seeing my mates visa when we said we will be coming down shortly to do so. In the meantime they kept waking us up when we had already explained we were exhausted from a long night travelling and just trying to rest before we needed to leave again that night. We booked the hotel solely for the day to sleep. The ‘dining room’ area was filthy just full of rubbish all over the floor and all the staff sleeping. Requested towels and they ignored the request a few times. The fan was practically coming off the ceiling and felt it was actually going to come off and cause damage. Basically if you’re not local/Indian, they’re not interested in helping it seemed. I expected a little better from a more of a renown chain across India.
