Bequemes Bett. Gute Lage, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 10 Minuten in die Altstadt.

Apartment liegt im Souterrain. Es war recht kühl, keine Heizmöglichkeit vorhanden. WLAN funktionierte im Zimmer nicht.

Labai patogi vieta, kas atvyksta traukiniu ar autobusu, be problemų į centrą pėščiomis. Apartamentai buvo netikėtai super tylūs kaip tokioj vietoj, puikiai išsimiegojau. Radau viską, ko reiktų trumpam apsistojimui. Nors apartamentai pusiau rūsy, bet jaukiai įrengti.

Svečiavausi pavasarį, bet viduj buvo gan vėsu, gal net šaltoka, naktį norėjosi užsimest dar kokį pleduką

Один из немногих плюсов - расположение. Вокзал, остановки общественного транспорта, магазины и кафе - всё рядом. В целом приемлемо, но хорошего больше ничего.

Обман при заселении - дали вместо СЕМЕЙНОГО номера (прописан в брони!) СТАНДАРТНЫЙ. При обращении утверждали, что все номера одинаковые (разве что по плозади, но не по планировке и наполнению!) и букинг сам распределяет номера, они не виноваты. То есть при выборе номера по картинкам и различному названию, будьте готовы жить где дадут. Дверь в ванную постоянно закрывалась, что не давало помещению проветриться. Вся мебель достаточно потрёпанная, выглядит так, будто не мешало бы обновление. В номере холодно, так как это полуподвальное помещение и туда не попадает солнце. Также интернет работает через раз всё по той же причине. Не вернусь в конкретно этот объект никогда. Конкуренция в городе высокая, за те же деньги на будущие путешествия поищу варианты лучше.

On the date of my check-out, I forgot two expensive rings on the shelf attached to the mirror. My plane was early in the morning, and I was in a hurry. I realised that only when I came home. I immediately wrote to the hotel using the mail available, explained the situation and kindly asked to give me the contact on the housemaid. During my stay in Vilnius, I met her twice, when she was cleaning the rooms, talked to her and she seemed nice and friendly to me. I wanted to explain to her concretely where to look for the rings. My request was ignored by LOLO Stay (whoever it could be ), and I had to send the same message, warning that I would write everything in my evaluation. This time the answer was quick but short, that they talked to the housemaid, she looked everywhere, the rings not found. The same LOLO stay signature. I have a very sad and unpleasant impression. I have been traveling quite often using booking com for about 20 years and this is the first time that I encounter such an attitude from the hotel staff.
