La atencion de Carlos muy amable

Very comfortable accommodations and clean environment. The staff were kind and very attentive!! The location is secluded from traffic noises. It is a bit out of the way and the climb/walk uphill can be tiring, but you do get some nice views and this was okay for me. The location may not be preferable for everyone.

Les gérants et le personnel sont particulièrement aimables et attentifs aux besoins des clients. A 15-20 minutes à pied du cœur de Cusco, par une rude montée (ou une bonne descente...), la Cuesta Santa Ana. Équipé de wifi, tv, tisanes à disposition dans la chambre, petit chien adorable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages lors de nos excursions.

Il faut traverser le patio (en extérieur) pour accéder à la salle de bain commune, ce qui peut être un peu gênant la nuit (il fait froid là nuit à Cusco !).

La calidez del personal y el desayuno brindado.

Habían solo dos baños, uno para hombre y otro para mujer para todas las habitaciones. Efectivamente queda lejos y en empinada, debiendo subir una gran cantidad de escaleras para llegar. Sin embargo la zona no se ve peligrosa y existen opciones de locomoción hasta cierta hora.

Très bien, bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel très agréable et accessible, bon petit déjeuner

Loin du centre ( 25 minutes minimum à pied) et entrée peu accessible car il faut frapper à la porte à chaque fois, souvent douche froide

Clean. Cheerful staff. Breakfast ok.

Shared bathroom was a walk across courtyard not far but at night something to think about. Only 1 men & 1 women toilet to share between about 6 rooms. Often I would have to ask for paper as not replaced in either toilet. Water lukewarm until last day when staff turned it on.. Stayed close to city but approx 2 miles up hill walking. No restaurant in area.
