"good location if you want to avoid to travel long distance to the airport"

the location is very close to the airport, good if your flight is in the early hours. they provide free shuttle to the airport which was great. it is clean compare to other accommodation nearby

"very difficult to deal if they donot give invoice as we cannot submit in office"

room is big

they did not give me the invoice for stay. they said booking.com will give, but have not received it till today. The receptionist said did not wake me up at 1 30 am for going to airport. he said he was busy. this is not acceptable. thank god I had set my own alarm. Poor service

Location, Airport drop facility, cleanliness

Too much noise from adjacent rooms, swollen door of bathroom, non functional kettle (however it was changed later), no network of channels in TV which the housekeeping guy was not able to fix it.
