"Refund please!"

Checking-in went smoothly.

Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Also, bathroom shower had no hot shower. It was cold weather in Ahmedabad and I had to shower in cold. Road works was going in front of hotel. It wasn’t perfect to call uber or cabs to travel. After checking out, my suitcase & shoes got muddy due to roadworks as I had to walk to get into uber. Also, the hotel people called me up after three hours of my checking out and said,” sir today is your checkout” I told them I did this morning only. I urge to get refund for this stay. Not a worth of paying 3800/night for such experience!

Complimentary breakfast denied siting the reason, not choosen in option of booking.com website. This is never in my entire travel record and using booking app for years by now.

THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN SO ENTIRE BATHROOM USE TO GET WET.
