Nice, clean and quiet. Well-furbished with sufficient appliances. Location is easy to find

Heating was a bit loud

The setup is lovely, with a large kitchen, very comfortable bed, and an excellent shower. The large walk in closet space was also exceptionally useful, especially I imagine for longer stays. At one point I asked the host about bored games, and she apologized, then proceeded to buy some and deliver them in the same day, which was extremely considerate. It was perfectly clean, the couch was comfortable, and the space itself is ideal for a single person or a couple. It reminds me of a scaled down beach house, in all the nice ways that matter. (Besides beach access, of course). Also while not to everyone's taste, I really found the painting present wonderful!

While the location and setup is lovely, and the kitchen is expensive with every needed appliance. Actually cooking in the kitchen was challenging. I had decided to host a dinner party for myself and 3 guests. The provided seasoning packets and essentials like cooking spray were appreciated, as was the premade ice. However some issues became extremely apparent once I actually started cooking. Most glaring of all, was the lack of a cutting board of any kind that I could find. In addition to, the knives provided were extremely dull, to the point the chef's knife struggled cutting even garlic, and even the sharpest of the three, required multiple attempts and a sawing motion to cut through a potato. Other noticeable absences were any kind of large bowl/mixing bowl, a sauce pan (though there is a shallow pot), any kind of cheese grater (which wouldn't be an issue if not for the fact the knives were too dull to properly substitute), and a whisk. What's there (beside the knives) are lovely, but if I had been staying for any longer, I would have found it very challenging to cook without purchasing additional kitchen tools and utensils.

There is so much to love about this "crib!" The cleanliness was top notch, the shower was awesome, the bed was comfy, plenty of closet space and the place was so quiet and peaceful and conveniently located with easy access to highways and shopping.

The location was great. Easy to get to, designated parking spaces, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wonderful space. The owner provided quick responses to questions. This place is a real gem. I hope to be able to stay again the next time I am in KC.
