Property Notes

Please be informed that on 19-21 Aug 2025 for 3days all day. The Lai Thai will be reparing the swimming pool tiles to place the old ones theat were damaged. Maintenance work on the main electrical board will be carried out on 19/04/2026 from 13:00 to 14:00, a temporary power outage is expected during this time. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Wir sind schon mehrfach im Lai Thai wir fühlen unsvda sehr wohl die Apartments sind so toll alles sauber und der Pool mega zum schwimmen tolle Lage .

"Good apartment, didn’t like the unfriendly FINES threats"

Excellent friendly staff, big pool, great 24 hr gym, decent location, generously large rooms. Was happy during my stay!

I didn’t like all the threatening and aggressive signs in my apartment. Do you need to stick all these threats of signs everywhere in the room? Difficult to relax when you are constantly reminded of FINES all over the apartment, unfriendly tone, you shouldn’t treat guests like this. Cant upload them all here, limit is 4 pics, but there were more with unreasonable and confrontational threats of fines. You really think I will lose your refrigerator? Never seen anywhere else leave silly notes about bottles etc
