"Everything about the hotel is great"

Great place, clean, comfortable, tidy, and a walking distance from the centre. The place have a free parking, and Elias was very nice and helpful with everything needed.

The breakfast is at a nice park in front of hotel, however it needs some improvements and some verity if you are a breakfast person

"Nice hotel"

Elias was very helpful and communicative. Definetly we will stay at the same hotel when coming bqck to Trabzon.

We had to transfer at 7.30 and the breakfast starts at 8.00.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to the Meydan, only 2 minutes walking. The room furniture is new and comfortable and Elias from the hotel staff was extremely supportive during our stay. Breakfast as well is amazing with a perfect view.

The hotel was very clean with beautiful view and scenery, We loved the place where we had breakfast 😍at the park in front of them😍 the hotel is literally in the center close to every thing and the neighborhood is very safe , live and still quiet!! Our room had a beautiful sea view 😍 the whole staff especially Elias were beyond friendly and helpful😍😍with Elias speaking Arabic as well that was especially a bonus ! He was very helpful, respondent to our inquiries and needs and above all very friendly that it felt like family!! All in all, the hotel was a very good value for money!! My family loved the hotel and our stay so much and we would definitely go again!!

"Very bad stay"

The staff they were helpful

The room very small and nosey you can’t sleep at night due to the car noise from the rood. The shower was blocked and the water all over the toilet.
