Location, the building and rooms were nice!

The living room sofa. All my family and I hurt ourselves with the corners of the sofa on the floor. When I said it in the check out the lady didn’t even say sorry or show empathy about it. We’re annoy for that. A simple I am sorry about that would have done it. Under the sofa was dirty. The rest nice and good! I recommend it but change the sofa!!!!

We enjoyed its location. The property felt spacious and had good amenities. The front staff was all friendly.

I was disappointed that the crib we requested for our infant was broken and was left like that for our use. Personally I didn’t feel comfortable using something broken with our newborn. I also didn’t like that the apartment was dusty at arrival. When we were packing up, we found garbage from previous stays in areas that are easy to reach so that was a bit gross. I also wished that they had an AC unit in the living room space as we spent a lot time there and it was always too warm for our liking.

Location was perfect, room size was great, and super clean!

We asked for an extra blanket, we were originally told no but eventually we're brought a sheet which was fine.

Proximity to restaurants. Clean and very safe with code system.

No ironing board and thin walls so we could hear our loud neighbours.

The only bad things i can say is that theres a lot of loud noises outside in the streets very early in the mornings

El lugar es muy bueno para quedarse, es una excelente zona (segura, muchas opciones para comer, hacer compras, etc), las instalaciones son tambien excelentes son departamentos muy comodos, limpios y bonitos. Todo eso es de 10 pero por un detalle muy importante no me volveria a hospedar jamas... Para entrar al lugar (por fuera) hay que meter un codigo pero para salir del lugar hay que girar la puerta a lado izquierdo ya que si la giran a la derecha la puerta se bloquea y tal fue el caso que la puerta se bloqueo y cuando quisimos salir mi familia y yo no podiamos porque la puerta estaba bloqueada y no habia asistencia de ninguna persona en la recepción (cuando se supone que si eran horas de que hubiera alguien) porque para esto no hay asistencia 24/7... La verdad es que pasamos por momentos de ansiedad muy grandes porque duramos muchoooo tiempo en poder salir del apartamento debido a que la puerta estaba bloqueada y tuvimos que salir por una puerta al costado y abrimos por nuestra cuenta una cortina... Me hizo cuestionarme en caso de una emergencia un incendio o un temblor (algo muy comun en cdmx y mas en esa colonia) ahi nos dejarian atorados por su puerta ineficiente... Se me hizo un riesgo muy muy grande. Tambien algo horrible su check out a las 10am... Fatal!!!!
