NLGBGBHello Erjona, Honestly i find it very rude that you would let 3 young men stay in your apartment, have it cleaned and tidy which we did and not offer to refund us any money for having ants in the bedroom. If these ants were elsewhere we would probably move on but i find you very rude and unreasonable tbh. Ive just spoke to booking.com who informed me that you have been dodging their calls and emails. In that case I will be issuing a complaint on social media, with the address of the property and the videos with the disgusting ants. We tried to be respectful and adhere to your rules, we kept it clean and held our end of the deal. To not even offer us a slight refund is very rude. I will be using my big social media platform to make people aware of this. My friends also have big tiktok followings and we will make sure people understand, this level of rudeness cannot go unresponded.
