Very well located, big house with beautiful view. There is everything you might need. The furniture, tv and beds are quite used but the price was very fair. The house has two bedrooms. The room with two separate beds is more comfortable and quiet. We had a very good night sleep. It was nice to enjoy the garden surrounded around the house with fruits. Nice levada is located not far away from the accommodation. The host is very friendly and kind.

It would be nice to inform the guest in advance about an extra payment of 2€ per person per day in cash for the tourist tax. It should be described on the booking accommodation page or just simply added to the nightly rate. The guests not always have a cash with them and looking for an ATM for a few euros sounds a little bit silly.

Beautiful view from the bedrooms, very kind host. The kitchen is well equipped. There was an coffee machine and electric kettle. We will be there again for sure

Everything was excellent

The house is really great. The balcony gives us an amazing view of the ocean. Owners are wonderful people, they helped make our holiday unforgettable.

Good location, calm neighborhood, nice views, amazing levada within walking distance, oven and washing machine, very helpful owners, spacious house.

In general appt is overrated. It has all fundamentals, but there is a lack of cosiness and feels like home atmosphere. Master bed is not long enough for taller than 1.8m as materace is not full in lenght. Was a bit cold in January's mornings and evenings as there isn't any heating source (fully tile floor). Very uncomfy bathroom, as door opens to the inside of room and shower curtain is hanged to leave about 40-50 cm to the wall (in case of not using shower curtain be ready for a pool).

We had a great stay here, they were very helpful and accommodating! The location is great and relatively central on the island which makes exploring different parts of the island very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, kettle, sandwich maker, etc) and has anything you might need.

🇵🇱Wynajęty dom na Maderze spełnił nasze oczekiwania! Było bardzo czysto, a kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, co pozwoliło nam wygodnie gotować na miejscu. Największym atutem był jednak imponujący widok na krajobraz – naprawdę zapiera dech w piersiach! Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, co dodatkowo umiliło nasz pobyt. Jedyny mały minus to telewizor o słabej jakości, ale przy takich widokach nie był nam zbytnio potrzebny. Zdecydowanie polecam! 🇬🇧The house we rented on Madeira met all our expectations! It was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook during our stay. The most outstanding feature was the breathtaking view of the landscape – truly impressive! The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the low-quality TV, but with such incredible views, we hardly missed it. Highly recommended!

Lovely location with a great view of the ocean. There was fresh fruit provided upon or arrival (which we loved) :)! The rooms opened with sliding windows on which we could enter the wrap around balcony/terrace, very lovely. Communication went very easy with the house owner, since our flight got cancelled and we would not be able to arrive on time.

The showerhead was not able to attach on the wall. A bigger cooking pan would be great to cook meats.
