1 bed-Sleeps 4-Town Centre-10 min to Ascot- Pets

Cute apartment; well-presented and clean, great little kitchen, spotless bathroom and comfy bed! It's in a nice building, and the flat warms up quickly to become a cosy little nest on a freezing January night. The little touches made a big difference too. Tastefully decorated but felt like a home, and I was left with some snack food and treats which was a nice surprise.

Nothing I disliked. A broader policy on early check-in would have been nice on this occasion, but the current policy is totally understandable!

The location was perfect, right on the shopping centre and 10 mins from Lapland UK Ascot. The apartment was clean and cosy and had Netflix on tv.

There was no hair dryer and no towels for our children.

Very central location close to shops and restaurants.

Bathroom was not very clean, Bed and pillows were awful lumpy and uncomfortable. I was travelling as a family and we were provided with 2 towels one was on the bed and the other in the wardrobe not sufficient at all. I asked for late checkout back in July and they forgot. Overall not a great stay.

Very easy to feel at home in this cosy place. Especially appreciated the small extra efforts - such as complimentary toothbrush, shampoo and shower necessities, extra space to put toiletries and enough space for hanging towels in the bathroom. Very central close to shopping and restaurants. Everything worked fine. Easy check in and check out process.

Apartment next to the elevator so sometimes there can be a bit of a noise. Apartment door not closing properly by itself so it needs to be locked from the inside, otherwise it will jump open a bit (good locks built in, so no problem, just something to be aware of).

Main bed mattress a little hard but did not lose any sleep.

Everything was very good apart from parking, but would I stay again. Most certainly.

No parking apart from multi storey. £5.40 a night.

The apartment was beautiful inside.

We were charged for a lost key fob, but the building is code accessed, so I would have preferred to not be given something expensive to replace.
