Contemporary City Centre Apartment in The Aspect

The location was excellent, as was the facilities in the apartment. Car park secure.

No window latch in the bedroom meaning the window is constantly open slightly - constant cold draft and noise from the street outside into the early hours and first thing in the morning. Not a lot of sleep! Saliva stains on the pillow in main bedroom - yuck! Metal blind not fixed properly and came down on my head causing pain and bruising (at 12am!). Very dangerous and don't want to think what would of happened if a small child had pulled the cord! Soiled spare duvet for the sofa bed with yellow and brown staining. Step son had to use our spare blanket from the car for sleeping under. No duvet cover supplied. Tea towel caked in old dried food, which had been folded to hide, until we came to dry a glass up. No shower curtain or pole in main bathroom and toilet flush broken. Nice collection of used cigarette butts on the balcony which wasn't pleasant (ash tray was half full). Radiator coming off the wall in the second bedroom. Heavy metal table in the lounge fell apart when we tried to move it to set up the sofa bed. This has a thick glass top to it which could prove dangerous if a small child was to sit on it or try and move it.

Fantastic location for exploring the city, clean, comfortable. Good communication. Secure site.

Good host communication, good location and nice apartment. Lounge diner a really nice space, great sofa and TV (if you want to watch TV). My family enjoyed the stay and just a few minor points it would be nice to improve but I would stay here again.

Some bed clothes a little stained and one pillow seemed unclean, kitchen tap very wobbly and it would have been nice if there were a feww basics such as tea bags, coffee and milk. Would be nice if there was a little shampoo and shower gel which do seem to normally be provided in places likle this. These are minor points and would not stop me staying here again.

Perfect location, plenty of room, easy to find, great communication, spotlessly clean and free parking. Definitely would stay again.

Only 2 very minor issues, wobbly tap in the kitchen, and broken toilet flush( but still worked), otherwise, a great stay.
