Aelia Sea View Apartments Rafina close to the Port , Airport & Athens

Perfect location - 10 min walk to ferry, and 2 min walk to Rafina square with many excellent restaurants. Stunning view - overlooks the little town with hills behind and sea view as well. The cathedral is next door and only rings bells at 7am and 7pm. Gorgeous, spacious balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Both bed and sofa bed were supremely comfortable. Shower had very hot water. Aelia was so welcoming. We had coffee, home made cake, wine and beer all waiting for us. She was so kind to meet us at our arrival time, and also kept in regular contact to assist with all our needs.

If unable to climb steps, there are two flights of stairs.

We had an excellent stay at Aelia sea view apartment. The apartment is in a newly built building and was absolutely spotless, modern, and very well maintained, with a beautiful view over the church and the harbor. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the main square with restaurants and bars, and around 8 minutes on foot to the harbour, making everything very convenient. Our host was amazing – very responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The hospitality went above and beyond, with complimentary tea, coffee, breakfast items, water, beers, and more waiting for us on arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. Even slippers were provided, which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay and only wished we had stayed longer than one night. We would highly recommend it and would definitely return.

Everything was great but it’s worth mentioning that the apartment was on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator at the moment (as it’s completely newly built and the elevator wasn’t finished yet, but seemed to be up and working soon). And it wasn’t an issue for us as we don’t mind stairs and luggage.

Ihana asunto todella hyvällä paikalla Rafinan keskusaukion vieressä. Asunto oli todella siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Omistaja oli aivan ihana ja helposti tavoitettavissa. Olisin viihtynyt pitempäänkin kuin vain yhden yön.

We were right in town and a short walk to the ferry. The balcony has a view of the ocean and town.

L'emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas de la place centrale de Rafina (idéal pour flâner et se restorer (au prix des locaux) et quelques minutes du port. Le confort est de bon niveau, le vaste appartement possède également une belle terrasse. L'accueil de notre Hôtesse est excellent. Une vue sur la mer couronne le tout. Bref, je trouve ce lieu parfait comme étape avant un départ de Rafina.

Un petit bémol, du fait de la proximité du port, la circulation y est importante, occasionnant du bruit urbain. Mais, cela reste largement supportable !

Great location and lovely flat. We only stayed 1 night but everything we needed was provided and more. Fantastic host.
