Lovely space and little garden all really private really enjoyed our stay . Great location for a walk along the beach and a great local Pub the jolly sailor 10 mins away

The drop down bed was not as comfortable as a proper bed

Communication was prompt. The property was well equipped. The position - right by the beach. Parking was easy.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming flat in Pakefield! The nautical-themed décor added a really nice coastal touch. Clean, lots of towels and bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the cosy garden was a perfect spot to relax. The private entrance made it feel really peaceful and independent. We appreciated having Netflix etc and good Wi-Fi for the evenings — and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s super quiet but literally just across the road from the beautiful beach and great food. Friendly hosts. We had a great stay.

Great location, well equipped. Seems to be newly refurbished. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Let down by the drop down bed which was very soft and not particularly comfortable.

The property was lovely. Well thought out and some lovely seaside touches. Tea and coffee provided and milk and butter in the fridge. Bathroom also stocked. Friendly couple with great communication. A few nice pubs within walking distance and the beach is directly over the road. Lowestoft town isn’t great but that has no bearing on this property and its owners. Thank you for a lovely stay
