Spacious, comfy, clean! Amazing hosts as well!

Everything was honestly great about it!

The property was really good and exactly like the pictures. It is a large apartment with comfortable mattresses. One full bathroom and one small bathroom with toilet and a sink. Nice shades on the windows to sleep in if you are used to the central noises of the city , it was okay for us. There is a minibar menu if you are in need for a snack or wine, definitely a nice touch. 5 Minute walk to Knez Mihailova , the best thing was the location.

We weren’t going to write about the negatives, however the owners mother i believe to be, came to pick up the payment before checking out. 5/10 minutes before checking when we paid her we said we would need a few more minutes as we were a larger group ( 6 to be precise, and needed time for everyone to get ready in the bathroom ) . The cleaner, or the owners mother said that would be okay and she would be back. Some minute goes by after we politely asked for at MAX 10 minutes past check out to leave the apartment tidy and make sure we don’t leave anything. We understand sometimes that can be a trouble for the next guests but at the same time we took those 10 minutes to make sure the apartment was much easier to clean and make sure we dont forget anything… While we were picking up stuff, the cleaner, i believe to be the owners mother,just entered the apartment and sat in the dining room and awkwardly watched us. I am a host myself and I would always leave a bit of time if guests need to bring the apartment to its original shape, and I wouldn’t certainly allow my cleaner to enter while they were still inside after they POLITELY asked… Nevertheless we left as we stated that we just needed a few minutes. Bathrooms could be cleaner since there were many hairs both, that we were going to mention to the lady if she didn’t barge in so impolitely……

Downtown location is excellent. The apartment is roomy enough and can accomodate 3-4 people easily. One large bathroom and one separate small toilet room are available. Beds and sheets are clean. Tankless water heater with unlimited hot water supply. Stable and fast internet WiFi connection.

Bathrooms are not clean, there is visible mold and a scent of mildew, and toilet seats and sinks had signs of previous use which we then cleaned ourselves with hygienic wipes. We noticed multiple small hair from previous guests scattered around the appartment. We walked in clean socks but they turned grey after a few minutes of walking in the apartment. There was a scent of smoking when we arrived. The sofa is old and dusty, one of the guests with us had issues with alergies while staying indoors.

Location, parking nearby, clean

The location is great. The apartment is huge and convinient. Its fully equipped for nice stay. Helpful host.

A little bit dusty on table and other surfaces, it was not clean enough. There is hot water only in the bathroom, and cold in toilet and kitchen. The bed linen sets are old and shabby - new ones needed. The bedrooms are little bit noisy at nights, because they faced to a big street. The window blinds were not working nice, they need to fix them. There was a huge light advertising accross the street and in the night in the room was too bright. It will be perfect if there is a welcome bottle of water and a few coffee and tea bags. The gests will appreciated if there is a luggage room for later check-outs.
