Exceptional service received at Aquamarine. Staff were very friendly and willing to help; they showed a sincere appreciation for our stay. Exceeded my expectations.

Everything is great, it’s new, well designed, it’s great for families with kids, big territory, good beach and the main thing, it was really a few people from Monday to Friday, but in weekend it’s very crowded, a lot of locals comes just for 2 days, but they are so noisy, no seats in the restaurant, so it’s great all days except weekends 😄

Overall this was fantastic value for money, we had an end room which was cavernous. There were a few flaws however, and as a positive suggestion I would recommend that a senior manager stay in the room for a night or two to see for themselves, however some examples of improvement required are:- Absolutely nowhere in the shower to put the soap, shampoo etc but the floor. The same for the large bath, which is very deep, so impractical to put soap etc onto the floor. The flat tap ledge is not suitable. If you want to use the kettle, it's in a great spot, but no plug socket near, you need to place the kettle on the floor away from the drink area. The instructions for the safe are incorrect, we needed two revisits and 2 new safes before it was resolved. No cushions in the room or balcony which are really needed if the balcony is to be used. All basic simple to resolve but important. We must leave with a positive mention for front of house reception area Hai. We called him The Fixer. He was superb. Needs recognition please.

Some of the staff were a bit abrupt in their responses and could do with additional training. A big niggle was the price of a Cappuccino- we bought two from the lobby area and the guy charged us 180,000 dong. This was the most expensive Cappuccino during our 5 weeks in Vietnam.

The room was new, with a large balcony, great renovation, and a very beautiful view. I recommend choosing the full board option – a buffet with a huge selection of delicious dishes, unlimited wine, and cocktails. I would also like to highlight the staff – they are very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, especially the receptionist manager, Nhi.

Room is spacious, garden is beautiful, and housekeepers work hard. Considering the budget, this hotel is not bad.

Not that major but feeling a bit hurt. 1. I asked them birthday cake for my father's big birthday and explained his real birthday is different with birth certificate. They said I need to show them proof. And didn't offer anything even though it was my father's real birthday. :/ 2. I stayed 2 nights though, no extra services compare to other hotel. Not even ride to the neighbors hotel. 3. On the weekend, so many customers stayed. Using Elevators were crazy busy and restaurants were super noisy.

The spa!! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manger was really helpful and understanding.

The room felt like it was missing furniture. There was no where to put our suitcases. The only food available at the resort was their buffet. The food was bland and very similar from meal to meal. The hotel was EMPTY! Might have been the time of year, but it felt eerie. The hotel still feels very new and unfinished. I would wait a few more months-a year before trying to stay there.

Very helpful and friendly staff, hotel is new and clean, food buffet is very good. We love it. We stayed for 10 days. :) we will come back again with big family and friends :) thank you again!

The hotel music was too loud, maybe change the music to a relaxing music and tune down. Please. :)

We loved the fact the hotel was so new. There was so much space to see & do things. The hotel provided a free shuttle service everyday into town, being first timers travelling in Vietnam we made the right choice of this resort and being just out of town. Made us feel very relaxing but were also at arms length to go into town. Also good tip to know, we walked down the front of the hotel to get the shuttle to Vinwonders. Very handy & convenient. The staff were very helpful, even it at times it was difficult language barrier, we were always able to translate what we needed. Yes the hotel is very new and some things weren’t open to its full capacity, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were looking at the resort itself and what we needed in general to have a great time. We stayed for 5 nights, and look forward to coming back again. We had the full board included in our package and highly recommend this, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner all included. If you felt like something different you can always order off the al a carte menu. Great value for money.

We can see the hotel is still needing some furniture on some balconies but isn’t a deal breaker. I would recommend a wet towel upon arriving to add a little touch.
