Firstly , I like the behavior of the owner (Mrs. S. Gupta). I have booked for two rooms for my family trip to Bodhgaya which I found to be clean and affordable as homestay. The location is the main advantage of this homestay which is 5 mins walking distance from Mahabodhi Temple. Also I loved their washroom and balcony of the building. This is ideal place for those people who love peaceful environment.

I have a suggestion to the owner to show all the rooms which they will provide to the customer prior the journey because I was shown a room which I liked the most . So I thought both the rooms that I have booked will be the same but I have got a different room which was smaller in size. Still I will recommend tourists to stay here for few days and also you will get good food adjacent to the building. Thank you for reading my review.

The first contact before my arrival was very supportive and fast. When I arrived, a very happy and friendly woman welcomed us, gave us the most comfortable option and always helped us whatever we needed. Location is perfect, close to the center and Mahabodhi Temple. Room is full of light.

The owner (Unnati Aunty) was very polite and understanding. Cleanliness was at par , you can walk in the room bare foot. Highly recommended if you are seeking a cozy and peaceful stay.

There is no lift in the premises , but trust me it won't cause much problem as the stairs are very airy and spacious.

First of all the location is great, it is literally walking distance from the Mahabodhi Temple, very green surroundings. We had booked an AC double bed room. The room was very clean, open and it actually exceeded my expectations honestly. The host is so lovely, she was very warm, welcoming and chill. This place also has a restaurant just downstairs should you need any food or drink immediately. It is value for money and because we visited off season, we got it for an even cheaper price. Very safe. I recommend this to everyone.

Although i was travelling with my niece,Our stay was excellent! The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The owner (aunty) was extremely polite, kind, and always ready to help us with anything. Felt just like home — peaceful, safe, and cozy. A big thank you to aunty for such warm hospitality! The place was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and she made us feel truly at home. It’s rare to find a stay that feels this homely and well-managed. Truly grateful!
