Cleaning of room

The room didn't have a separate geyser and therefore hot water is supplied by a centralised geyser. Therefore in the evening one cannot use hot water .

If lift is provided, it would be more convenient for the elderly people like us....but it doesn't seem to be an issue while comparing with the hospitality given by the management...
