Check Inn Hostel

Everything was fine. The lady in reception was very kind and attentive. Always asked me if I need anything. Good wifi and have restaurant nearby. Have stayed for few hours to catch a connecting flight. All was good.

The staff was very kind. 2 power outlets, a reading light, a small shelf, and a hook in each compartment. Water pressure of the shower was enough strong. A 24/7 mini market is before the hostel.

Not the hostel’s matter, but there was a guest who watch videos on the smart phone with no earphone, smoke with the window opened, disturb me going to bed, look into my bed in the morning to wake me up. And finally, he asked me for money to stay. These were very unpleasant.

The staff are very kind. The gentleman (didn't catch his name) doesn't speak English but tried to communicate, and we used translation. He was very welcoming on our arrival. Bella speaks English well and was very kind and helpful also. They were able to help us and resolve our issues to the best of their capabilities when they arose. There are some nice cafes and small restaurants nearby. Water pressure in the shower was good and hot.

We stayed in 2 private rooms during our stay. The first room was vip single bed upstairs and had no air conditioning, even though it was advertised and the only reason we booked this hotel. It was broken, I think due to power surge. There was no fan provided and it was quite hot and uncomfortable we did not enjoy our time in this room. The second room we changed to was a vip twin room downstairs which did have aircon but the beds were even worse. At least I wasn't sweating in my sleep. In both rooms the beds were not comfortable and the bedsheets were far too small. They only covered the top of the bed, you can't tuck them in so you end up waking up laying on the mattress. The internet wifi was terrible. Ranging between 600 Kbps and 3 Mbps. I had to use Hotspot.

Very comfortable mattress, thick curtain (even though the white light from the ceiling passes from above). Wide common spaces. The hostel feels brand new.

For that price one would express to have at least a towel for shower. Light on until late in the room Keys opening someone else's locker but not mine
