Estancia San Pedro Hotel

Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of fresh fruit, omelets, bread and juices. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean....that's about it.

Staff were extraordinary, unhelpful. Everything seemed like an effort from getting breakfast to booking a taxi. Reception was an exercise in frustration when leaving for an early morning tour. Reception was dark with concierge alseep, we were locked in and expected to fumble around in the dark waiting for our tour. The room was Spartan. Do not expect any....and I mean any amenities. No hair dryer, no fridge, no kettle, no cups. The doorway had a gap to the common hall. Rooms were not very private, walls were paper thin. You could hear neighbours shower, brush their teeth and go to the loo. Towels were threadbare, shower leaked, power points (usb) didn't function. Honestly the hotel was horrible. Better off at a hostel

Conveniently located in centrum. Heating and hot water working well. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and always served with a smile. Thank you again. We also could leave luggage there when going to Mach Picchu

The price was quoted in US dollars and when paying peruvian soles they took some arbitrary exchange rate which was more expensive for us. If paying by card they add 5% which is not uncommon in Peru.

Fui em setembro durante uma onda inesperada de frio, segundo os locais. Quartos confortáveis, chuveiro bem quente e aquecedor bom. Ficamos em dois quartos diferentes e o primeiro foi perfeito, o segundo, por ser maior, era um pouco mais frio. Mas ainda assim foi tudo ótimo. Cama confortável, bom espaço e funcionários atenciosos. Localização muito boa! Recomendo e voltaria.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas me serviu perfeitamente. Ficamos no terceiro andar e os lances de escada eram desafiadores por conta da altitude, mas sempre nos foi oferecido ajuda com as malas.
