"Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr sauber, super Lage - klare Empfehlung!!"

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad/WC war sehr sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde nach meinen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das W-LAN hat super schnell funktioniert und ich konnte jederzeit ohne Problem am Laptop arbeiten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass das Personal Englisch spricht, da ich leider (noch) kein Spanisch spreche. Alle hier sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und kann dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

"Pagamos más de lo indicado. La ducha se desbordó. Había grupos de niños que nos despertaron gritando"

Las camas y la tv tiene netflix y amazon prime, una noche aprovechamos a ver una pelicula

Nos hicieron pagar más de lo que booking indicaba, esto nos disgustó bastante ya que nos habíamos hecho a la idea de lo que íbamos a pagar y no nos había sucedido en ningún hotel (hemos estado en unos 6 más). Además la ducha se desbordó y en recepción no nos dieron ninguna ayuda, tuvimos que secar toda la habitación nosotras con toallas. Por otro lado, tengan en cuenta que suelen hospedarse familias, sobre las 11pm nos despertaron unos niños gritando (nos dormimos pronto ya que íbamos a Palcoyo a las 4am) y también nos despertaron los niños con sus gritos sobre las 6am. Es una pena porque las habitaciones están bien y una señora de las que hay en recepción es encantadora. Si volviera a Cuzco probablemente dormiría en otro hotel. Quiero aclarar que nuestra opinión está fundada (creo) ya que dormimos aquí 4 noches.
