Hideaway Villas Bali - Ubud by Kanaan Hospitality

The property was incredible. Super secluded yet surrounded by nature and all its beauty. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

I can’t fault anything

Our stay at the Hideaway Village was excellent. The room itself was amazing and picturesque. Despite being a bit further away it was easy to get bikes and cars. The hosts were lovely and beyond helpful, especially Pande who allowed us to leave our bags when we checked out. Overall, was a very peaceful and relaxing getaway in Ubud.

Breakfast came a little late some days but the hosts made up for it as they were very kind and helpful.

The calmness and the well hospitality.

Privacy isn’t fully guaranteed, and the bathroom is prone to insects, although a net can be installed for some protection. No hand soap was provided, and the dresser is quite small. The pool filter only runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, which isn’t ideal for those who want to swim throughout the day. Additionally, the receptionist was consistently annoying when asked about breakfast each day. It would be much more convenient if they asked for guests’ breakfast preferences at check-in and allowed for changes later if needed.

Читал отзывы ранее о насекомых, мы ничего такого не встретили, на вилле были средства от комаров, но комаров тоже не было. Был геккон на вилле, но гекконы живут во всех домах в убуде, но и он свалил увидев нас. Доставки и такси приезжали в любую погоду. Персонал выше всяких похвал, спасибо огромное сотрудникам Панде и Фрида, очень вежливые и желующие тебе оказать сервис или помочь. Завтрак подавали на вилле, очень крутой сервис. Мы были очень рады что попали сюда, это был лучший сервис, лучший отдых. Мы были рады что выбрали в районе Убуда этот отель, т.к это получился очень крутой опыт что ты живёшь в дикой природе, а не в центре убуда, а в убуд ты едешь только когда ты хочешь. Но и огромная часть достопримечательностей в убуде находилось рядом с твоей виллой, рисовые террасы, парк слонов и пр, мы добирались за 10-20минут без пробок, если ты живёшь в самом убуде, то ты будешь ехать еще минут 30 по убуду

يوجد كثير من الحشرات ولا يوجد خصوصيه في المسبح يمكن للماكثين بالجنب الاطلاع على المسبح والافطار لا يوجد بوفيه فقط على اطلب قبل بيوم ولا يوجد اكلات متنوعه فقط 3 او 4 انواع وكذلك نظافة المسبح سيئه مليئه بالحشرات

The villa was indeed a hidden gem in the jungle, when the weather is good it seems all good and you are far away from the outside world. But take note here, it only applies to good weather. Most of the staff here are helpful too while the most uneasy way of communication is whenever you need help, there is no phone to call to reception, which they also don't have one. You can only look for an online account, which replies you sometimes in short time like 3-5min sometimes like 15-20min, that when you are in urgent situation, there is no one to save you.

The reception is very unprofessional which is currently just a small area under renovation. The villa itself is nice in good weather but pool temperature is very good, especially during rain season, so basically it is only like a decoration. Reception staff and kitchen staff constantly recognize our room number wrongly, we also have two room numbers on our room key which we asked several rounds but still cannot get clear answer. Worst case is after hours of rain thousands of bugs fly into our villa public area due to the light, we have no choice but to spray them and ends up we have a few hundreds of dead bugs/flies all over the area, in washroom, bed, tables that we eat, and of course the food and drinks we put outside. Yet the reception staff don't consider this is an issue after we report to them, and simply sent people to clean it without any apology. We checked out early and wasted our 2-night stay money and moved to somewhere else in the end.
