Beautiful, tucked away

Rooms and nature are very quiet.

Nothing to do at the place; no restaurants. If it's raining, you can't do anything, but it's easy to call a Grab if you want to go out.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff super friendly. It’s a bit of a drive from the main centre but not too far and 20 mins to the famous rice terrace.

First night couldn’t sleep because of the jungle noises but got used to it the following nights. Pool was very clean but cold and didn’t really use it much at all besides a quick 5 minutes dip. Breakfast was very basic .. you order one main and one beverage .. portions were tiny .. compared to other hotel breakfasts which are often buffet breakfasts we didn’t quite feel full and needed a meal very soon after .. I would suggest if they could introduce a fruit bowl + choice of 2 beverages (hot and cold)

Location too far from main road, infact its steep walk to reach out of the property. Property should have dropping facility to nearby area so that guest can commute. Grab or gojek cancelled for pickup.

The view from the villa very good, quite place worth the money.

It is a bit away from the city so it takes a while to reach the destinations also keeping in mind the ubud traffic, which is not very bad.

Big private pool, lovely rooms and bathrooms, really clean, great aircon, excellent staff, supplied you with bug spray, room bug spray and a plug in and comfy beds, nice breakfasts and you could order breakfast, lunch and dinner which was handy!

Freezing cold pool, although would be great in the heat but we had rain majority of the time haha, weird windows that are slatted so technically never closed although I will say barely any bugs came in so it didn’t matter too much. Super windy and bad roads to get to it though, at least a 30 min drive to get into the main part due to traffic

We stayed for a week, together with the kids. We ho back home today, and when asking them what their experience was they remark how wonderful their time was at the villa, flagging how nice it was to be in the middle of the nature! While still under construction, you do not feel it at all! The villa has it all! Just fantastic! And Pande was all the time so helpful! Thank you all!

We had 3 bedroom villa. Very nice property. Clean, spacious and with amenities. Away from city's hustle, some 30min in taxi from the centre, in the middle of jungle. There were 17 villas in total, all sold out, but we hardly saw any other guests. Our windows were facing all lush green. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ready to guide us about Ubud, attractions and planning our day. Available on WhatsApp promptly. We asked for help with kitchen burner and safety locker, and they arrived pretty soon. We informed the staff about breakfast on WhatsApp previous day before 8pm, and it was provided in the morning timely. Portions were a bit less, but still good. They prepare breakfast on site, while rest of the ordered food (lunch, dinner) are being delivered from outside restaurants.

Property is still being developed, should be ready by 2026 - reception, restaurant, office, parking. Not a complaint though, in fact, it would be even better with all in place:). Property is, as name suggests, hide away from the city hustle, so a great option if one is looking for it. One needs a transport to make it to the city area. There is nature all around, and at times even in the room:). Pool water gets cold overnight, we tried before lunch, may be better option is to jump in around 2pm+. We used body gel as the soap bar was not there.

Beautiful villas, situated just outside the centre of Ubud. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and accommodated our every need. Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again!

The breakfast options were good, but it came cold.

When i first booked the villa, i was ensured by the property that i wont find any insects or small animals When i arrived they made me sign a paper saying that I might encounter these insect and animals and that they might not be able to remove them from the room I got to the room and found multiple big insects like big ants and spider inside the room itself and around the pool area I checked out on the same day and they told me I won’t get my money back. They didn’t even offer half the money I paid for and that I will lose my money. They were really not helpful and changed their word If i knew this i wouldnt have booked from the start
