Newly refurbished, central apartment with permit parking

Very clean, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Good location, a short walk into town. Good value for Bath.

The bed was very small for 2 people!

The instructions were a little involved by easy enough to follow and worked really well so we had no problems getting the keys. The place was neat and tidy and had lots of extras provided for us including chocolate and beer plus lots of teas and coffees, milk and sugar and bathroom condiments as well. The place was small but comfortable enough and warm, even during a very cold period. The parking was excellent to have available and we were able to walk everywhere around Bath from the property.

We were not expecting that we would be staying beside the footpath and a very busy road right at our bedroom window. The road is quite noisy and the railway line is out the other side of the apartment but some distance away so it was not a bother.

Perfect apartment for a Bath City stay. We were down to see our son who lives just up the road so it was perfect. Communications with the hosts was spot on. Polite, prompt replies all round.

Couldn't fault it!

Location was great, very easy for all attractions.

The double bed was very small. Also the third person was an adult, bed not great. Better suited to 2 adults and a child.

Was the perfect location and only a couple minutes walk from the town centre

The main door was very stiff to unlock would sometimes feel like the key would snap

No Breakfast but plenty of welcome 'goodies; a nice touch. Useful to be able to arrange off street, permit parking.

Not much they can do about the location, between the main road and the railway. Convenient for the city.

The washing machine was noisy The shiny new bath was quite slippery, so a grip mat would make it safer for showering to prevent slips or falls - just a suggestion

Helpful host.Good location - it's central so a little bit of train noise at rear and road noise at front but I'm a light sleeper and wasn't kept awake. No more than 10-15 mins walk to pretty much anywhere in Bath city centre. Very modern and clean. Lovely to have treats and drinks plus basics like tea, coffee, washing tablets provided on arrival. Free parking permit was so helpful.

Minor things really as we had a good stay..No first aid kit and needed a plaster quite urgently. A couple more small towels for hair and kitchen would be useful. I'm 5ft 7" and bed was just long enough for me. Windows tricky to open and a bit stiff. Couldn't really have them open at night due to road and rail noise. Front door from street into the house very stiff to close and we worried about noise disturbing other residents.
