Good location, no disturbance,

No beach side face room allot.

The location is very good, near to Baga sea beach and Tito's Lane.

TV should be in working condition and rooms could have been little better

The rooms were very untidy. They did not even offered a water bottle also. At the time of booking they said they have kitchen and they will service on order. They do not have any kitchen in the premises, it comes from else where. The quilts had fungus. Towels were not provided. There were tiny insects inside the room. Not at all recommended to families with small kids. We had to check out on the next day itself.

Everything has to be improved. The only thing is the property is close to the beach.

Large room and a Great location right across from Baga beach. These cottages are rustic basic yet clean. Staff are very responsive, eager, and polite. Good access to the beach across the road and a few minutes to Tito's party avenue. Vibrant Xaviers beach shack providing food and music across the road from the cottages on the beach It has air-conditioning and fan, hot water showers and key lock ala old world bolt and lock. No key card access here. Book a sea view cottage

No water tea, coffee, snacks or kettle. TV didn't work, and the bed sheets need to be upgraded, which will happen on request. This is India, and the facility is catering mainly to domestic clientele, so leave your Western expectations behind and accept it for what it is. If you can handle that and accept the rigours of thev3rd world, book it. Bring your own water milk coffee and tea they will provide a kettle on request. Beautiful cows abound, so watch where you step!
