Location, it's just 100 mts from Baga beach, 250 mts to Tito's and Mambo's!

Facilities - there was no hot water at the stay! We had 4 kid's and all of them were given cold showers during our 3 days stay! After a lot of discussion we were given the heater coil which didn't heat water after 1 hr too! Room wasn't cleaned everyday and towels weren't replaced on a daily basis! 😤 Staff is helpful and polite! But whenever we have asked something they took their own sweet time to get back to us and with lot of follow-up! 🙄

Only the location is good, that's it..

The rooms are so large that the 1 ton AC doesn't do justice, the cooling is minimal. There is only one washroom and when you have a big group, it is inconvenient, you have to wait for your turn. Also, despite telling repeatedly the staff to clean the washroom, they don't respond at all. The rooms don't have basic tea/coffee kettle either. The coffee is paid one and that too they order it from outside and provide just paper cups. If you order food at the room, do it at your own risk, as the the hotels don't even plates or spoons. For a group of Women not recommended at all. Plus the owner of the property, keeps asking awkward questions.

Facilities promised in the descriptions are not provided like TV , Refrigerator, Hot Water Etc.

Hotel was very good and it was the finest location for people who love to stay near beaches.

The location is good. Staff was quite cooperative.

The rooms are not maintained at all. Washrooms are in pathetic condition. The bathroom amenities were very dirty. If they will maintain the rooms then nothing like it.
