How can I review this? It was a different homestay. I feel like I was cheated.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING & FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I booked Apartmen Casa Kayangan Meru Raya 5 Ipoh Homestay 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE FOR HARI RAYA, Meru area near my family house. At the very last minute, the host suddenly claimed there was a “SYSTEM ERROR” and changed my booking to a completely different location in Ipoh town-during a peak festive period where it is extremely difficult to find alternatives. This explanation does not make sense, a system error should not result in a guest being moved to a completely different property in another location. This caused major inconvenience as my plans were based on the original location. On top of everything, the host asked for a deposit before check-in which was never stated in the booking.com rules. The new place also required payment for a second car parking every time we entered. The replacement unit is at The Majestic Imperial Tower Ipoh was not properly maintained at all. Cleanliness was very poor. Basic amenities were lacking, with no water filter and the shower foam less than half full. There was also a cockroach.I requested a second access card for convenience, but the host did not respond. I had to go up and down repeatedly. Worse, the unit did not have enough beds for my kids, unlike the original apartment I booked. We had to use our own toto just to sleep comfortably, which is completely unacceptable. Although the host refunded RM100 as compensation, it does not make up for the inconvenience and stress caused. Comfort and proper accommodation for my family during Hari Raya are far more important than a small refund. THIS FEELS LIKE A CLEAR BAIT & SWITCH SITUATION. I have used Booking.com many times, and this is the FIRST TIME I’ve experienced such poor and unprofessional treatment. From last-minute changes during a festive period, hidden requirements, poor cleanliness-everything about this stay was disappointing. I apologize if this honest review is harsh,but it reflects my genuine experience.
