Don't go here. if you want to a peaceful tour. I generally roaming various places. But this is the most worst hotel I have ever seen. I had booked this hotel through Booking.com from 20th Dec till 23rd Dec 2023. Firstly they asked for advance payment, else we may not get the room, that will be their choice. So I have paid Rs 2000/- as 50% advance. After that when I have asked for cancellation due to some medical emergency which was 7 days before, they told me for 50% deduction. I agreed, but till now they didn't returned 50% which Rs 1000/-. After few days when I had called them for my refund they had replied in a very bad way, as if it is their money only & now they have stopped to receive my calls even text. Just worst experience.
