SAM HOMESTAY HUE

Spatious rooms, furnished nicely enough. The receptionist spoke good English. Good location: just across the river from the imperial citadel, at the end of a street that is closed for vehicles at night and has plenty of restaurants. Pleasant reception / breakfast area / bar.

Breakfast was a bit uninspired. When the receptionist was absent, there was nobody who spoke English. Homestay is a misnomer intended for marketing, it is just a hotel.

Nice location on a busy square but not too noisy. Room was fairly basic but clean. Staff very excellent with a nice coffee shop below.

Location great away from the busy area but near a hospital with loads of vendors selling food and drinks.

Clean, central and very responsive staff. It felt like a small motel vs. homestay though.

No elevator !! Once you take a shower EVERYTHING is getting wet ie toilet, all.

Everyone is extremely nice. They also have a café that serves good coffee and food

Great rooms. Spacious and clean with a well priced mini bar. Right in the middle of town so a bit noisy but I quite like the tooting of bike horns so it’s not a bother. Coffee was nice, beds were comfortable and the pillows were good too. Staff were helpful and friendly

They did have a travel guide person who was too keen to sell us tours around Hue. It felt pressured.

Very helpful staff and a nice clean room

Very good service from the staff, responsive and smiling young people. It is clean and good WiFi. Everything interesting is 1.5/2 km away.
