Good hospitable & helping staff specially manager Mr. Sachin @ his team.

Hotel not maintained in clean hygienic condition. Bed sheets pillows were found soiled used up and dirty.Terrible bathrooms dirty stinky and not maintained. None of bathrooms Exhaust fans were working causing foul smell spreading in room. Toilet WC flushing system not working and WC commode seat shaking. Had to change room but still no improvement. Bathrooms need a big makeover to reach acceptable limit.

Bed was clean.

bathroom tap was leaking which we realized later. . pics shown are totally different to reality..no wifi..no working TV...called at reception twice around 9pm...no answer . they didn't even call back.
