Big apartment

When we arrived we saw the kitchen and bathroom a bit dirty, we didnt say anything because we dont like to make problems (Even though we are paying a cleaning fee and having to clean anyway). But when we went to shower the shower was broken. We text the owner about that and the cleaness thing and he replied aggresively, talking like it was our fault that the aparment is dirty and the shower was broken. He also told us that he Will report to the cleaners but nothing about the shower. We brought the shower chat again and that its unfair to pay a cleaning fee but having to clean anyway and he replied that those thing happends, its not his fault and that ask me if I felt the night rate expensive. After a few chats he told us that shower was going to be fixed next day. Didnt happend and we had the shower broken our 2 nights. This is coming from someone who rates accomodations 9 and 10 almost always. Its the first time that I felt like the owner doesnt care about the guest at all. I would say that if you find something similar for the same price go for it. Maybe we were just unlucky, just acknowledge that if there is something wrong if wont get fixed, otherwise you probably would have a nice stay

Tesis gayet temizdi.giriste anahtar kutusu ile ilgili küçük bir sorun yaşadık.telefon açtığımda 5 dakika içinde yetkili kişi hemen geldi.Biz araç kiraladığımız için ulaşım olarak hiç sorun yaşamadık.Asagida kapalı otopark vardı.parkyeri sorunu yok. Herşey gayet güzeldi.

Proprietarul raspunde repede la telefon , am primit toate datele , am ajuns usor la locatie , paturile destul de ok , camerele spatioase si mari!

Foarte multa mizerie , mucegai , par pe jos , praf , gunoiul era plin , sticle de suc incepute pe mobila , dusul defect , frigiderul murdar in interior , foarte mare galagie nu poti sa lasi geamul deschis! Pe langa asta am platit 10 euro taxa pentru curatenie dar apartamentul a fost sub orice critica! Pacat ca nu pot atasa mai multe poze!

Sve je bilo fantastično, uredno, čisto. Domaćin odličan!

Mesaj üzerinden adım adım eve girerken şifresi vs onları attı fakat biz o kadar yorgunduk ki anlayamadık. Kendisine söyledik beş dakika içinde hemen geldi akşam 9 da vardığımız için paramızı çevirecek yer yemek yeri arayana kadar çok zaman geçecekti. Kendisi hemen yardımcı oldu. Geleceklere gönülden tavsiyemdir. Çekinmeden gelin konumuda gayet iyi ama temizlik ücreti fiyata dahil değildi toplam 36 € ödedik. Biz memnun kaldık.

We came to Skopje for a doctor’s visit, so we looked for accommodation not far from the hospital. The building where the apartment is located is of newer construction but rather neglected. In the apartment itself there are two double beds – one placed in the living room next to the kitchen and dining area, and the other in the bedroom. We arrived late in the evening, very tired, and went straight to sleep because we had hospital check-ups early in the morning. We returned to the apartment after 3 p.m., and my daughter, who had stayed there, complained that she had been badly bitten. I then inspected the apartment in detail and found that it had not been properly cleaned. Hair was all over the apartment and on the beds. In the shower cabin, the shower was broken and leaking water. Dust had not been wiped. We complained to the owner and provided photos as proof, but he did not accept our remarks, saying that the place had been cleaned two hours before our arrival and that we should have reported it immediately. I explained that we could not do so earlier because we arrived late in the evening and left for the hospital early in the morning. He did not react. We left the apartment a day earlier despite having paid, and booked another one instead. I have all the photos and conversations
