"Lovely walks"

Property was warm, clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and a lovely size ensuite.

If there was a downside. It was a lot smaller downstairs than I expected and not easy to prepare and eat in small space. However lovely base for the many walks.

"Comfortable home away from home with perfect location!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Gran Yarm cottage. The location is ideal and the parking space next to property is very handy! The cottage was immaculate and all details made it a home away from home. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch!

Cabinet in bathroom could do with a wee fix & oven gloves and tongs would be good additions to the kitchen. However that is being fussy!

"Good location but expensive for such a small property"

Location was very convenient for the town and walks which meant we didn’t have to use the car during our stay. Overall the house was clean and in good order.

On road parking was not ideal and difficult to find location. Much smaller than expected and no garden furniture to enjoy our sundowners in the evening. The welcome pack was very basic - milk And a very cheap bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. We have stayed in lots of places and always welcomed with some local produce.
