The owner was very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything in this room and you can even do your cooking if you wanted to. Centrally situation and very convenient for everything that you want to. Really value for money

Когда выбирал отель в Негомбо, чтобы просто пару дней отдохнуть, поплавать и быстро добраться до аэропорта, выбирал отель с большой кухней, по фото сразу не понял, что это 12-этажное здание. Поэтому водитель сначала точку проехал, потом разобрались. Связь с менеджером держали по вотсапу, он через 5 минут пришел на ресепшн и проводил нас к лифту и в номер. По сути, это большая студия, с современной кухней, варочная панель, СВЧ, чайник, тостер, холодильник и стиральная машина, полный набор посуды, столовых приборов и кухонной утвари! барная стойка отделяет жилую зону с креслом, кроватью, рабочим столом, журнальным столиком и шкафом. Есть напольная сушилка. С балкона вид на город и море. Менежеру Судакху большой респект! До пляжа 3 минуты, вода теплая, чистота - понятие относительное, ессно это не Египет или Мальдивы, вода мутная, смотреть в ней нечего, только плавать и отдыхать. Если выйти и пойти направо, то сувениры-сувениры-алкомаркет-сувениры-сувениры-супермаркет (15 минут). Налево - алкомаркет, левее, еще алкомаркет, церковь с песнями, кладбище, перекресток с минимаркетом и куриными тушками. 15 минут. Uber работает, до аэропорта полчаса 1500 рупий.

Absolutely cracking apartment. From the initial booking communication was excellent. Organised an airport pick up via them too. Apartment spacious, bright, very clean. Enough kitchen utensils for cooking small meal. Plenty of hot water. The roof top pool was a definite bonus. In a good area, with access to nearby beaches, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Very cozy and clean apartment, we had everything we needed there. The sea was close, easily accessible, nice beach. Assistant was very helpful. The location of the building is comfortable, there are shops and restaurants nearby.
