誇張抜きで、ゴキブリや船虫のような害虫が十匹ほど出ました。 外にある洗濯機の中にもいましたので、洗濯機を使用する際は注意してください。 お風呂場はタオルで拭えばすぐ落ちるような黒カビがびっしりでひどいものでした。 恐らくお風呂場や水回りをきちんと修理せず、適当にガムテープを貼るだけの対応しかしていない為、害虫や湿気が入りたい放題なんだと思います。 害虫を駆除するための殺虫剤の置き場や、カビを取るための洗剤につい手問い合わせても、すぐ回答はもらえませんでしたし、深夜に突然ガス検知器が作動しても、確認に来ることなく「気にしないでください」とアプリでメッセージが送られてきて終わりでした。 というか、大人３名で予約したのですが、ダブルベッドと160cmの人間が横になると足がはみ出て、寝返りすら打てない小さなソファを用意しただけの部屋で15,000円取るとかどうなんでしょう？ おまけにすぐ近くに駐車場があると書かれていましたが、徒歩十分（長く待たなくてはならない踏切を超えないと辿り着けない場所にある）のところにしか駐車場はありませんし、施設前の道は普通車だと通るのが困難な細さなので、車での利用は避けるべきです。 ちなみに他レビューの評価がいいのは、いいレビューをすればキャッシュバックがあるとのことでした。 ご注意ください。

We had a wonderful stay at Kawagoe Good Hotel! One of the best features was the fully equipped kitchen and utensils provided in the room. It made our stay so much more convenient, especially when we wanted to cook simple meals using fresh local ingredients from nearby markets. The compact and thoughtful design of the hotel also really impressed us. Although the space was small, it had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable and efficient. Because the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, we felt like we were truly experiencing the daily life of the local people, rather than just staying in a tourist area. Walking around the neighborhood, shopping at local stores, and seeing everyday life made our trip feel much more authentic and memorable. I highly recommend Kawagoe Good Hotel to anyone who wants a cozy, convenient stay with a real local touch!

Our stay at this hotel was not a very pleasant one. One of the beds was damaged and collapsed repeatedly when sat or lied on. We reported this to the host but the issue was not rectified. We were told that they would only check the issue after we checked out. In addition, the room was far below what we expected of a Japanese hotel of this price. Duct tape was crudely used to seal the window frames and the secondary drain holes in the bathroom sink and bathtub. The blockage of the secondary drain holes obstructed the air flow in the drainage pipes, creating unsettling gurgling sounds for 5 minutes whenever the toilet was flushed. The windows were also poorly insulated and poorly sealed. There was a mini excavator outside the window doing some construction work and we could smell the exhaust smoke from inside the room even though the windows were closed. The poor window insulation caused the room to be very cold even though the heating was raised to 26 C. We reported all the above to the host and requested a partial refund but were declined. We would not recommend Kawagoe Good Place Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation.
