NANNI LOFT HOUSE

The bed was comfortable and the location was good. Super central. The size of the room was good as well. The building the flat was in was beautiful.

Where to begin… When we first got the room the freezer and fridge had mould in it, the shower was dirty and still had hair in it from the previous guest, and the pillows had several hairs and a layer of dust on them. There was also only one already used toilet paper roll left in the bathroom, as well as toilet paper in the toilet that hadn’t been flushed by whoever used it before us. Once we let the owner know he sent a cleaner to take care of things. We also got woken up at 9am by incredibly loud banging. We discovered the owner was knocking down the wall opposite our room. There were men doing that for over 3 hours and we received no information or notice that this would happen. On NYE we were once again woken up at 9am by music blasting from huge speakers in the living space right outside our room. The owner was there with a few people and only when I walked out of the room to see what was happening did he lower the volume. As we’d gotten a bug and weren’t feeling too well we went back to sleep only to be woken up at 12 by a random man banging on the door for 20+ minutes. He said he’d forgotten the keys and let himself in. The rest of the day and night the whole flat was flooded by the owner, friends and family of the owner and complete strangers. Once again, we didn’t receive any warning that this would be happening, and we felt quite unsafe as there was only one tiny door lock “protecting” all our belongings. The heating also randomly stopped working halfway through our stay, after 3 days of working perfectly. There were people who were buzzing the flat to be let in all the time during our stay, and the latest this happened was at 1am. To our knowledge, beyond maybe the first day or two of our stay, we were the only actual guests in the property. It seems the property was used more as a location for family & friends to enjoy, with little regard for paying guests.

Spacious, close to shops, market and beach. Nice big TV with many options. Good essentials kit and fresh towels. Nice and abundant hot water in shower. Peaceful. Host attentive to my needs.

It's not on 52 but on 57. They said it is booking website mistake. It's a very old building with a huge old entrance. The apartment is quite modern but lacks natural light, AC works fine, tho it only reaches the first floor. It's got a useful but smelly tiny kitchen with an old stove that works with gas, which made me feel unsafe to use but had to. There was no water bottle, a boiler, or even coffee. Thank God I brought snacks and coffee!. I found an inconvenience with the disposition of bed on the second floor and bathroom on the first floor, so I decided to sleep on the sofa. The glass floor on the bedroom is scary and super dangerous as if you trip and fall, the glass might break. It was ok, but I was expecting at least a little day light in the room.
