GBGBPerfect location near the meo arena, quick uber drives into Lisbon. Very spacious and everything we needed for a few days away.
We had to buy some toilet paper as we were only provided 2 rolls, other then that was perfect

Não tive acesso a vaga de garagem que foi dito que tinha, tive que deixar o carro na rua e durante umas das noites não havia vaga na frente do prédio e tive que parar um pouco distante.

Customer service and communication were disappointing. I was in contact with someone called Guilherme. They provided a mobile number, but when I contacted them via WhatsApp for an urgent query, they replied: "For security reasons, all communication must be done through Airbnb/Booking chat or email." Check-in was also problematic: they sent a link to the Innkeeper website to fill out a form, but the form did not exist. Location: the address listed on the booking page led to a different street, which made it difficult to find the flat. You have to rely on a map link and a video they shared, which makes it very difficult if you want to call a taxi or Uber. The sofa bed had no sheets. When I informed them, they just sent a basic apology without taking any responsibility.
