GBThe pool and spa facilities were fantastic and the rooms were very large and comfortable.
The breakfast! It was very unusual and the fruit juice was just cordial and the coffee was instant. I think that it would be better for the staff to be trained to offer different options as we found out they offered fresh eggs and omelettes after we had managed by eating cold leftover scrambled eggs and other options that were not kept hot enough. Also things like the milk for cereal was left in the carton which did not represent a 5 star hotel. Staff had to be asked to provide coffee cups as there were non left out for guests to use the self service machine. I must stress offering instant terrible coffee isn’t acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
SEThe highlight of my stay was definitely the thermal spa facilities. The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation experience. The serene garden setting and the availability of multiple swimming pools also enhanced the peaceful and rejuvenating experience for me.
