Lobby

Habitación con olor fuerte. A húmedo, se solicita cambio pero el problema persiste. El personal de la piscina de Cortez , no sabía que uno pagaba por usar toallas de la piscina eran diferente a las d ella habitación , pensé que era un solo hotel y un solo servicio , pero el personal de la piscina no fue amable , le expliqué que teníamos la ropa ya empacada para nuestra salida queríamos disfrutar la piscina, subir y cambiarnos , por eso necesitamos las toallas para subir al cuarto , pero ellos exclaman que no , que NADIE SE QUEJA ENTONCES QUE NUESTRA SOLICITUD NO ERA IMPORTANTE, porque solo yo lo pedía .
