"Amazing host, Very convenient and premium location, parking spaces everywhere If you are driving"

The fundamental part of the puzzle is the host. He is nothing less than amazing and welcoming. The location is also a plus, walking distance from all the highlights right in the city center, Public transportation at 300m.

The only thing I have to point out is the bathroom it needs serious enhancements. Other than that the relationship between quality and price is super fair. The neighborhood is really good and calm.
