The property was dirty as a fish market. The groceries were stored everywhere on the ground floor and everything was stinking. The flush didn’t work. The walls were all wet and damp. The bedsheets were really dirty. There’s not even a single thing good about this place.

The property is not what’s mentioned. Wrong address provided. The hotel staff did not confirm that the hotel address is wrong and taken the charges.

The rooms were not as per the pictures. The location and outside view was also not same. No handles in the bathroom doors. The bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty. The hospitality was nil.

Every thing what the hell have you mentioned breakfast included the hotel took 1000 down payment and told us that they don't provide any breakfast not even bedsheet was washed shithole

The location and direction shared of Hotel in Booking.com was wrong. There were two Hotel Rudraksha in Indore. One was situated near Railway station within 1 km and we had booked that. But the direction given to us was of another Hotel Rudrakash which was 10 kms from Railway station. This was still under renovation but they hurriedly arranged one room for us after arrival. It was not prepared well but since we already had a tough time reaching destination and had to leave after few hours, we just took it to spend the night.
